Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Custom orders are the heart of what we do. If you want something not shown in our shop, please send us a message.
Do you offer gift wrap?
You've done your work in choosing the perfect gift. We'll take care of the rest. When you select the Gift Wrap option, we will wrap each item with colored tissue paper and tie it up with a coordinating satin ribbon. We also include a personalized note card free of charge.
CREATION & SHIPPING TIME
All items are handmade to order in our New York studio, just for you. We follow a queue and create products according to when the order was placed. Please make sure your order is correct before you purchase. Any missing information may result in a delay.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our standard creation time is 5-7 business days. We package and ship via USPS. Shipping time is 2-5 business days in the US.
Select Priority Mail to reduce shipping speed to 1-3 business days.
International orders take 6-21 business days.
Please note that these are estimates, and shipping times are not guaranteed. International shipping times and tracking data vary for each country. Delays do sometimes happen so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Thanks for understanding!
Customs and Import Fees for International Orders
If you're purchasing from outside the US, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Fees upon delivery. Please research specific import regulations for your home country if you're concerned about this added expense.
I need my order fast! Do you expedite orders?
Yes! If you're ordering on a deadline please send us an email BEFORE you place an order with your desired product(s) and Need By date. Rush pricing depends on deadline and order details.
Can I make changes to my custom order after I submit it?
Depending on our creation schedule, we may begin creating your order as soon as a few hours after receiving it. Therefore, we can only accept changes within 2 hours of when the order was placed. After, a fee will apply for any changes. Please double-check that your order is correct before placing it.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-customized items in new, unused condition.
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Any custom or personalized orders, including choosing lining color
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
If your order happened to reach you in a damaged or defective form, please contact us. We are happy to send you an exchange.
